1. General Provisions
1.1. To ensure customer satisfaction, we allow the return of certain products under the conditions outlined below.
1.2. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, cosmetics, hygiene products, and perfumery items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been unsealed or used (Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 6.362, paragraph 4).
1.3. If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to return it or request a replacement.
2. Return Conditions
2.1. Products may only be returned if they meet all of the following criteria:

The item is in its original, undamaged packaging;

The item is unused and has retained its original appearance (unopened, with intact seals or protective films);

The return includes all accessories and documents (e.g., purchase receipt, warranty card, if applicable).
2.2. If the item does not meet these return conditions (e.g., has been opened or used), it cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective.
3. Return of Defective or Damaged Products
3.1. If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and provide the following information:

Order number;

Photos of the item (if damaged or defective);

A brief description of the issue.
3.2. Defective or damaged products can be returned free of charge. Once the item is received and assessed, the customer may be offered:

A replacement product;

A full refund (if replacement is not possible).
