Yes. You can return an unused product within 14 days of receiving your order. This right applies only to unopened, unused cosmetic products that have not lost their original condition and whose packaging has not been damaged.
No. In accordance with hygiene and health protection requirements, opened, used, or otherwise unsealed cosmetic, fragrance, and hygiene products cannot be returned.
Not necessarily. An allergic reaction is usually an individual response and does not automatically mean that the product is defective or of poor quality.
Even cosmetic products made with carefully selected ingredients may, in some cases, cause sensitivity depending on a person’s skin type, allergies, or individual tolerance.
We always recommend testing any new cosmetic product on a small area of skin before full use. If you believe one of our products caused an allergic reaction, please stop using it immediately and contact us at hello@lumimicosmetics.com. We take all such cases seriously and review them individually.
If your order is incomplete or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@lumimicosmetics.com and include your order number and a short description of the issue. We will send the missing items as soon as possible or offer a suitable solution.
If the product is faulty, damaged, defective, or does not match its description, please contact us at hello@lumimicosmetics.com and send:
- your order number,
- photos showing the defect or issue,
- a short description of the situation.
In such cases, the return shipping cost is covered by the seller.
In some cases, yes — if the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lumimicosmetics.com, include your order number, and we will check whether the order can still be cancelled.
If you are returning a quality product, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer. If the product was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the return shipping cost is covered by the seller.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.
