Price: Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker costs €1.59.

Duration: Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days. In major Lithuanian cities, parcels are also delivered to lockers on Saturdays. Delivery times may be longer on public holidays, and during the holiday season delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Location: Your parcel will be delivered to the Omniva parcel locker of your choice.

Note: Parcels remain in the locker for 7 days. If not collected within this period, the parcel is returned to the sender.

Delivery Timeframes

  • The average delivery time is 3–5 business days.

  • Preparing and dispatching your order may take 24–48 hours.

  • Customers are asked to take note of the estimated delivery timeframe and only contact the store if more than 24 hours have passed beyond the end of the stated delivery period.

Customer Obligations

  • The customer must provide the correct delivery address and recipient details when placing an order.

  • The customer is responsible for receiving the order in person. If the customer cannot receive the parcel personally, but it is delivered to the specified address and according to the details provided by the customer, the customer has no right to make claims against the store regarding delivery to the wrong recipient.

Delays and Alternatives

If we are unable to deliver an order within the specified timeframe and the customer does not agree to wait longer, we will either:

  • Refund the full amount paid for the order; or

  • Replace the products with alternatives, if requested by the customer.

Incorrect Data and Undelivered Orders

  • The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate information in the order form.

  • If, due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the customer must cover the costs incurred for the return and re-shipment.

  • Alternatively, the customer may request a refund, in which case the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
