How to place an order?

  1. Choose the products you like and add them to your cart.
  2. Go to checkout and enter your contact and delivery information.
  3. Select your preferred delivery and payment method.
  4. After payment confirmation, we begin processing your order.

  • Delivery to the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): 1–3 business days
  • Delivery cost to the Baltic countries: €1.49
  • Delivery to other countries: 3–8 business days
  • Delivery cost to other countries: €3.95
  • Free delivery: for orders from €40

During busy periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Payment methods

  • Online banking
  • Card payment at parcel lockers is available only in the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) — +€0.99
  • In other countries, card payment at parcel lockers is not available

Important: when paying by card at parcel lockers in the Baltic countries, an additional €0.99 administration fee applies. To avoid this fee, we recommend paying online during checkout.

Important information about your order

  • Please check that your name, phone number, and email address are correct before confirming your order.
  • Make sure the selected delivery method is convenient for you.
  • After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation and tracking information by email.
  • If the parcel is not collected on time and is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
